School is coming to and end. The feeling of knowing that there is a light at the end, but you just can't see it yet. The sun starts to peek out and kiss your shoulders like the summer love you desperately hope to find. The waves of emotion, passion, and youth are almost stronger than the waves of the sea, where you dip your feet.

We should waste the summer days. Spend our time in our banana leaf forts whistling our own tune. We should tell our parents that we dont want to clean our rooms, do the dishes, do the laundry. We should tell our sisters that we're done with dolls and their little houses, finished fighting the fears of princesses in their minds, tired of wiping their tears at the end of a film. We should tell our neighbors that we don't want to mow their perfect laws, wash their yappy dogs, entertain their spoiled children. We should tell the world that all we really want to do is waste the summer days.
